Head Coach Terry Coppin

With 20+ years' experience of teaching swimming, and formerly head coach at the Kensington and Chelsea Swimming Club, Terry joined Brent Dolphins as head coach in 1990. He has coached to county and national level, and under his supportive and inspirational guidance, several club swimmers have become Middlesex junior champions. Terry swam for the club as a boy, and his two daughters are currently both club swimmers.

Peter Corr

Peter Corr has taught swimming in schools and privately for over 15 years, and at Brent Dolphins for over four. A passionate believer in the pleasures and benefits of swimming for young people, he takes no hostages during his lessons: swimmers are worked hard to build up the stamina and techniques they need to progress, but the results speak for themselves!

Robert Webb

Robert comes from another club dynasty. His two brothers both swam for the club; two of his daughters likewise, with one currently in the silver Squadron, and his father, Eric Webb, has been Club Secretary for many years. Robert has taught swimming for over 10 years, concentrating on younger swimmers whom he enjoys bringing up to squadron levels of competency. He is also team manager for the North London Grade League Gala teams - a particularly demanding role as these are the most frequent events the club participates in over the year. Robert has an ASA teacher's qualification and is also an ASA qualified timekeeper.

Sean Marren

A club stalwart, Sean has swum with the club for more than 25 years and was the Under 16 Club Champion (Group C) and also Middlesex Age Group Breast Stroke Champion. As well as being an Assistant Coach, he is Competitions Secretary, a member of the club committee, compiles the club newsletters, maintains results for all events, and represents the club in the older age groups. Sean has an ASA teacher's qualification and is also an ASA qualified timekeeper.

Kim Ballantyne

Kim came to the club as a result of her children's involvement - all four of them are squad members. She has an ASA techer's certificate, and is a qualified ASA timekeeper and judge.

Beatrice Coppin

Beatrice has become involved in teaching for the club through her coach husband, Terry. She has an ASA teacher's qualification.

Mairead Ulamoleka

Mairead's asociation with the club as teacher is also through her daughter, a squad member. She has an ASA Advanced teacher's certificate.

Nerissa Webster

Nerissa has an ASA teacher's qualification and again first became associated with the club through her children.

Dawn Mangani

Dawn has an STA teacher's qualification.

Lennie Franchi

Lennie swam for the club for meny years. He holds an ASA assistant teacher's certificate. His father Len Franchi is an ex-president of the club.
